• Some flowers, such as orchids and lilies , are subject to the availability of the flower color at the time of production.
Tulips should be ordered a week in advance.

• The floral selection may vary depending on availability, always guaranteeing the overall design structure, quantity, color palette and quality of the flowers.

• The approximate lifespan of flowers and plants depends on the type of flower, but it is generally 7 to 10 days for common flowers such as roses, sunflowers, etc. This is provided that the care recommendations are followed correctly.

• Place me in the shade, never in the sun.

• Protect me from dry air.

• Protect me from sudden temperature changes.

• Remove worn petals without damaging the flower.

• Remove wilted flowers.

• Keep my flowers and foliage hydrated. If I am in floral foam, add half a cup of water to the foam every day. If I am in a bouquet, change the water every three (3) days and cut the soft part of the stems at each change.

• We only ship to Medellín and its surrounding areas.

• Shipments are generally made between 9:00 am and 12:00 pm and between 1:00 pm and 7:00 pm , depending on the carrier's availability.

• Some orders may be dispatched the same day, depending on the time the purchase was made.

• Delivery times may vary depending on the final destination location, such as Medellín, Sabaneta, Envigado, or other municipalities in the metropolitan area.
